Four kinds of work. That is the list.

High-end residential remodeling around Powell. Not commercial, not production flips, and not a handyman punch list. If the job is one of these rooms, we should talk.

Limestone primary bath with a freestanding tub, oak vanity, and brass fittings in morning light

Primary baths

Full guts and careful remodels of primary and guest baths. Stone, glass, custom vanities, and light that works at 6 a.m. What is behind the tile is scoped before anyone picks a finish.

  • Waterproofing, substrate, and slope — drawn into the scope, not left to the tile setter’s memory.
  • Vanities in real wood, stone tops, and metal that can age.
  • Glass, niches, and lighting planned together so the corners match the hero wall.

Kitchens

Cabinets, stone, and the wall that has to move to make the room work. We coordinate the trades and stay through the punch, including the drawer that sticks.

  • A plan you can cook in, not only photograph.
  • Stone, oak, and plaster detailed where they meet.
  • One lead through demo, rough-in, and the week the counter finally shows up.

Basements

Walkouts and finished lower levels: millwork, a real lighting plan, and the unglamorous work that keeps a basement from smelling like a basement.

  • Water and egress before drywall and built-ins.
  • Millwork and masonry that belong upstairs, brought down.
  • Rooms for living, not a dropped ceiling and a bar by default.

Decks & pavilions

Decks and pavilions that are part of the house, not a kit bolted to it. Beams, ledgers, and footings are structural work. The roof, the light, and the heat are what make you use it in October.

  • Ledger flashing that keeps the rim joist dry.
  • Footings — ground screw or concrete — matched to the load.
  • Roofs that shed weather. Heat and lighting when the room is meant to stay in use.

Tell us the room. We’ll say if it fits the schedule.

A short note is enough. If the work isn’t a fit, you get a straight answer, not a nurture sequence.
